Fin Whale
The only creature larger than the Fin Whale is the Blue Whale, growning up to 27 metres long it can swim at speeds of 37 kilometres per hour, and over short distances can sprint at 47 km/hour. These sleek whales travel across the world's oceans, and live in both Northern and Southern Hemispheres. The population is believed to have decreased by 70 percent over the last three generations. Threatened by loss of habitat, pollution, climate change and commercial whaling, even though only a handful of countries still hunt for these whales.
