A starting point for the lithograph of the same name which was printed at the Curwen Studio in 1994 in a small edition of 30.

Includes monoprinted black background, cut black sugar paper and cut out painted textured paper.

Prunella Clough (1919-1999) was awarded the Jerwood Prize for painting, and received a retrospective exhibition at Tate Britain.

Bears the blind stamp from the archive of Stanley Jones.
