Buncheong. Mountain

Lee decorates his pots using the traditional Korean method of Buncheong. White slip is applied to a dark stoneware body. A stiff bristled brush may be used to scratch into the semi dry surface of the pot. Forest, waterfall, the sky - nature is very much in evidence in Lee's beautiful pots. 

Lee's work is in public collections worldwide, including the V&A and the British Museum in the UK.
